Orders ship within 3-5 business days, except for preorders or backorders.

Due to increase in volume of orders during this time please allow an additional 10-14 business days processing of your order. 

Orders ship Monday-Friday.

Expedited orders placed on Friday ship the following Monday.

If your package is lost, you can file a claim here. If you opt out of Route Shipping Protection, Allie + Bess is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

International Shipping:

A phone number is required for international orders.

Packaging is not included, but can be added to your cart at checkout.

All orders are packed efficiently by default.
