FAQs  

  Domestic orders are eligible for exchange or return within 14 days of arrival or date of in-store purchase. International order returns are accepted within 14 days of arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS. The customer is responsible for return shipping on ALL orders. If you choose in-store credit during the return process, please know your gift card will be non-refundable.  ALL CUSTOM SIZED PIECES ARE FINAL SALE!
  
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing any exchanges or returns.
Shipping charges from the initial order are non-refundable.
  
Return Shipping = paid by the customer, Allie + Bess does not provide shipping labels.
If you opt out of Route Package Protection, Allie + Bess is not responsible for lost or stolen packages 
  
Flash Sales and Discount Codes:
All items purchased with a 25% or higher discount are FINAL SALE! If a final sale item is shipped back to Allie + Bess, the items will be marked "return to sender" and returned via the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer. Allie + Bess holds no liability on tracking the packing once it leaves our facility. This includes Flash Sales with 25% discount or higher, or otherwise stated by Allie + Bess.
  
If your pieces DON'T FIT & need a custom size, please email shop@alliebess.com with your wrist size in inches & order number. Only Zo and Vinyl bracelets are able to be custom sized. Dotties, Lilas, or any bracelets pre-sized in A or B can't be made in custom sizes.

Price Adjustments:
THERE ARE NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS ON FLASH SALES, WAREHOUSE, SITE WIDE, OR ANNIVERSARY SALES.
If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases only. Please contact us with an original sales receipt within 24 hours of original sales purchase
For online orders and store purchases, please contact us. We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges. 
  
International/ FPO & APO Returns Purchased from U.S.A.
If you are an International, FPO or APO Customer that purchased from the United States website, please use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States. Please include a note in the package detailing if you would like to receive store credit or issue a refund to original payment method.
