If your pieces DON'T FIT & need a custom size, please email custom@alliebess.com with your wrist size in inches & order number. 
  
Domestic orders are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of arrival.
International order returns are accepted within 30 days of arrival and the customer is responsible for return shipping. 
  
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing any exchanges or returns.
Shipping charges from the initial order are non-refundable.

If you are an International, FPO or APO Customer that purchased from the United States website, please use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States. Please include a note in the package detailing if you would like to receive store credit or issue a refund to original payment method.
