Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150.
When do orders ship out?
Orders ship out within 7-10 business days, UNLESS SPECIFIED FOR PREORDER!
When do custom orders ship out?
For custom orders, please email custom@alliebess.com and allow 10-14 days for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We do NOT ship to Europe - if you have an international order question, please email shop@alliebess.com.
Phone number is REQUIRED for international shipping, please provide or we cannot ship.
How many boxes will my order ship in?
If no additional boxes are requested at checkout, orders are packed as efficiently as possible. If additional boxes are requested - 1 box per stack is allocated. Want more than 1 box per stack? Boxes are $3/box.

What if my pieces don't fit?
If your pieces DON'T FIT & need a custom size, please email custom@alliebess.com with your wrist size in inches & order number.
Can I return or exchange my items?
Domestic orders are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of arrival. International order returns are accepted within 30 days of arrival and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How long does it take to return items?
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing any exchanges or returns.Shipping charges from the initial order are non-refundable.
