Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
- Orders ship within 3–5 business days, unless marked as preorder or backorder.
- During summer (May 23 – August 29), we ship Monday–Thursday only.
- Expedited or overnight orders placed after 12 PM on Thursday will ship the following Monday.
How can I track my order?
- You'll get a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number after placing your order.
- We'll also send email updates as your order moves through the process!
Can I get additional boxes with my order?
- Orders are packed efficiently unless extra boxes are requested at checkout.
- You’ll get 1 box with every order over $100. Any additional boxes are $5 each.
Sale Items
- All sale and flash sale items are final sale and come without packaging.
- Packaging can be added at checkout for an additional fee.
What should I do if my product is damaged upon arrival?
- If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo within 30 days to shop@alliebess.com
- We'll replace it if it was full price and still in stock.
- Items bought with a 25%+ discount are final sale — we can only offer store credit if damaged.
- If you opt out of Route Package Protection, we’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- Domestic orders: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
- International orders: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we do not provide return labels.
- Items purchased at 25% off or more are FINAL SALE.
- Custom-sized pieces are FINAL SALE.
- Choosing in-store credit? Your gift card will be non-refundable.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Wrong size? No problem!
How long does it take to process a refund?
- Please allow 7-10 business days for processing any exchanges or returns.
- Shipping charges from the initial order are non-refundable.

What kind of warranty or protection do you offer on your products?
60-Day Jewelry Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your piece is defective within 60 days of purchase, we’ll replace it or issue a gift card if product is no longer in stock. To start a claim, please email shop@alliebess.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
- If you opt out of Route Package Protection, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How do I find my size?
- Allie + Bess bracelets are made to a standard 7-inch length.
- Bracelets in sizes A (6.75 inches) or B (7.5 inches) cannot be custom sized.
- We suggest bracelet sizes are half an inch larger than your wrist measurement.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my jewelry?
Check the item description—if it says “waterproof,” it's safe for rain or shine!
If not, follow these care tips:
- Avoid water, sweat, lotions, perfumes, and cleaning agents.
- Put on jewelry after applying makeup and hair products.
- Don’t wear jewelry while bathing or swimming.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
- Store in an airtight plastic bag to prevent tarnishing.

What if I bought something full price and it is on sale now?
- No adjustments on flash, warehouse, sitewide, or anniversary sales.
- We offer a one-time adjustment on full-price items only—request within 24 hours of purchase with your receipt.
- No adjustments on shipping charges.
- Items 25% off or more are final sale.
How can I use a discount or promo code?
- Enter your code at checkout.
- Only one code can be used per order—no stacking.
