- Domestic orders: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
- International orders: Returns accepted within 14 days of arrival.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility—we do not provide shipping labels.
Allow 7-10 business days for processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If there's an issue with your product, email shop@alliebess.com within 7 days with your order number, a description, and a photo of the issue. Include a note if you prefer store credit or a refund.
