Domestic orders: You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are excluded.
International orders: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are excluded.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility—we do not provide shipping labels.
Allow 7-10 business days for processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Discounted Items & Flash Sales:
All items discounted 25% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes Last Chance Sale and Flash Sales. Any returns will be marked return to sender at the customer’s expense.

Product Issues:
If there's an issue with your product upon arrival, email shop@alliebess.com within 7 days with your order number, a description, and a photo of the issue. Include a note if you prefer store credit or a refund.
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your piece is defective within 60 days of purchase, we’ll replace it or issue a gift card if product is no longer in stock. To start a claim, please email shop@alliebess.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
