All Allie + Bess orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping — $7
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping — $15
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Overnight Shipping — $40
Estimated delivery: 1 business day
Orders must be placed by 1 PM CST for next-business-day delivery. Overnight shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes. Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier, destination, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Allie + Bess's control.

Route Shipping Protection is available at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If you choose to opt out of Route Shipping Protection, Allie + Bess is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file a claim here.

Prefer to pick up your order? Store Pickup is available at checkout.

Orders selected for Store Pickup are typically ready within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
