Part 1: Styled by Lily
Over the past handful of years, I've gotten more comfortable and assured in my personal style. I put a lot of thought into the clothes I buy, and I am intentional with collecting and styling versatile pieces that align with my love for maximalist streetwear. I’ve noticed that as our generation ages, we put a lot of value into high quality pieces that reflect who we are as people. We’re critical consumers. We expect a product to make us feel something before we buy, and we expect a brand to connect with us on a personal level before we subscribe to what they’re selling. The markets are oversaturated, and we only really tune in when a brand can prove they’ve earned our trust. Maybe a friend mentions a brand she loves a few times this week, or maybe we see someone we admire using a certain product every day. Gen Z relies on products people believe in, and products that are versatile enough to endure years of rotating trends. All of this is to say that I’m hard to convert into a customer, and I know it.
But when our team saw Electric Avenue come to life in its entirety, after weeks of planning and brainstorming and building, I was genuinely excited to bring these pieces into my closet. These pieces make me feel confident with just the right amount of color. They are easy to wear with my most basic white tee and jeans, and they’re what I grab when I need a little something more. The pieces in part 1 are really what AB is all about. Versatility, ease, empowerment, and making you feel like the best version of you every day. They work with you, not against you, when you’re building an outfit for any activity. I’ve been wearing these necklaces for weeks, and I trust Electric Avenue to keep my personal style fun and colorful this season (and well beyond that).
Electric Avenue’s first drop compliments every single outfit in my closet. The beaded pieces are fun to layer with my patterned pieces for when I feel like making a statement, and the charms and jewels elevate my wardrobe when it feels a little too overwhelming. What I love most about this collection, and AB in general, is that every piece has a purpose. They can be styled with any look, any personal aesthetic, and any age. They work with you, not against you, when building an outfit.
Part 2: Styled by Lexi
If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I live for an all-out moment. Electric Avenue Pt. 2 is made for that energy. Weekday dinners that turn into after-hours hangs or a random Friday that somehow feels like New Year’s Eve. This drop is for your bold, cool-girl, main-character moments.
My absolute favorite piece has to be the Estelle Necklace Set. I used to wear jewelry to complement an outfit, but now I build my outfit around pieces like this. The shimmer of the pearls and the funky silver charm make it effortlessly striking. The set looks amazing with mixed metals, a simple top, or a full night-out look. I wore it in Laguna Beach this past August, and not to be dramatic, but at least five people asked me where it was from. That is the best part of fashion — seeing someone wear something so good it makes you want to try something new too! That is what I love most about this collection- it’s meant to inspire everyone to find their own version of electric.
I am also in love with the Elaine Bracelet, that perfect gold plus pop of color, and I'm obsessed with the tiny star details on the Holly Studded Bangle. Finally, I could not leave the Arden Ring out of my favorites. Pure sparkle that instantly elevates your look whether you are holding a martini or your morning matcha.
