We are beyond thrilled to introduce our newest collection in collaboration with Rachel Awtrey! If you know Rachel, you know she brings sunshine, heart, and intentional joy to everything she does—from her colorful style to her inspiring podcast and social posts. This collection is no different. It’s all about wearable joy, bold statements, and pieces that feel just as at home at preschool pickup as they do at a big event.

We sat down with Rachel to learn more about the heart behind this collection, her favorite styling tips, and what “Living in Color” means to her.

What inspired your collection with Allie + Bess?

This collection was inspired by the idea of wearable joy. I wanted each piece to feel like a reminder that you can be both grounded and playful, that beauty and color can live right in the middle of your everyday chaos. The designs have a touch of intention and a splash of fun, kind of like your favorite memory turned into jewelry.

What made you want to collaborate with Allie + Bess?

I’ve loved Allie + Bess for a long time! Their pieces are bold without being over the top, fun without feeling too trendy, and they just get what it means to make a statement in the everyday. This partnership felt so natural because it aligns with what I try to do in all of my work: bring more meaning, color, and joy into the world, one piece (or post or podcast or prayer) at a time.

Who is your ultimate style inspo?

My mom in the '90s and alllllll the color! She had this fearless, mix-it-up energy that I’ve always admired! She’d wear denim on denim, layer jewelry like a pro, and never met a bold color she didn’t love. Style should feel like storytelling, and she always told a good one.

Where do you usually get your style inspiration from?

My style board is basically a mashup of Pinterest, travel snapshots, and what my friends are wearing when we meet for coffee. I’m always taking mental notes of unexpected pairings like sneakers with a silk skirt, or stacking chunky bracelets with dainty ones. I love texture, color, and the little details that make something feel like you.

What’s your favorite way to wear your Allie + Bess pieces?

I’m a stack-it-up girl. More is more (hehe)! I love wearing the pieces layered with a simple tee and jeans or even with a dress when I’m heading to speak or record. They’re so versatile—polished enough for an event, but fun enough for preschool pickup.

Any styling tips you swear by?

Don’t be afraid to mix metals, textures, or colors! Contrast creates interest. Also: when in doubt, stack more than you think you should! It almost always works.

What’s your current favorite jewelry accessory?

Bracelets, hands down. I love looking down at my wrist and being reminded of something fun, bold, and beautiful. It’s like a personal pep talk wrapped around your arm.

What’s your all-time favorite color?

Chartreuse! It’s fresh, happy, nostalgic, and just feels like a warm hug. You’ll find pops of it everywhere in my life from mugs in my kitchen to throw pillows to (of course) my accessories.

Our theme this year is “Living in Color.” How do you live in color?

To me, living in color means refusing to dull yourself down. It’s choosing joy, even in the mess. I live in color by inviting fun into the mundane and turning even the smallest moments into something worth celebrating. And this collection? It’s your colorful reminder to do just that.

Are you more of a color lover or a neutrals + metals girl?

Both! I live in neutrals, but accessorize like a maximalist. Give me a cream linen top, and I’ll add a stack of colorful bracelets that make it feel brand new every time.

Who do you imagine wearing your Allie + Bess collection?

I picture the woman who’s juggling a million things but still wants to feel like herself. The one who loves a good Target run, cries during podcasts, and is always down to cheer on her people. Whether she’s a mama, a business owner, a student, or all three! She’s bold, kind, and ready to live fully.

Rachel’s words are a reminder that style can be so much more than just getting dressed—it can be an invitation to celebrate who you are and where you’re going. We hope this collection inspires you to layer up, mix it up, and live life in full color.
