How I style Crossroads…even when it doesn’t really fit my own aesthetic. Let’s get into it! My personal style leans more urban streetwear, but in these last few weeks, I’ve found a lot of ways to play with Western fashion that still holds true to my style preferences (and my closet). Before you look at something and think ‘that just isn’t my style,’ and run to pick up a new outfit that you’ll only wear once, follow these steps and focus on styling what you already own. You can always find a way to play with different aesthetics and trends without sacrificing your own wardrobe.

Wear your Crossroads metals with a fun knit piece and your favorite loose jeans.

One of my favorite ways to wear Crossroads is with a fun knit sweater and a pair of loose denim. You may have heard the old rule, ‘if you wear loose on top, wear tight on bottom,’ but I think modern fashion has definitely outgrown these more rigid rules on how to dress. Loose on loose can look clean and intentional if you style it right. Layer a few chains, pull your hair back into a slick bun, and add some sleeker pointed heels or boots.

Denim on denim is the coolest way to style your fall jewelry wardrobe.

I am a huge fan of going all-in on denim. Canadian jumpsuits have made a full revival on the runway in the past few years, and that’s probably why denim on denim feels both so nostalgic and fashion-forward. If you need ways to elevate, opt for pieces with matching denim washes. Add a thin black or brown belt, some sunglasses, and your favorite beaded Crossroads

Elevate your basics on days you don’t want to get dressed.

There are definitely days when I don’t have the energy to thoughtfully style a bunch of pieces in my closet. You can never go wrong with jeans and a loose-fitting white tee. Just add a few chunkier Crossroads bracelets and a statement leather or suede jacket. It’s such an easy formula: keep your base casual, let your jacket be loud, and use jewelry to tie it all together. If you’re feeling like it needs a little more, layer on lace (I’ve noticed this is a big trend going into Fall 2025), a colorful scarf, or even a cute Fall hat.

The key to making all of your Fall outfits work, no matter how casual the clothes feel, is how you style them. A lot of outfits end up falling flat because we give those dirty, worn out white sneakers in our closet a little too much power. Elevating your footwear is such a small change but makes all the difference.

In the Fall, I reach for loafers, pointed boots, kitten heels, or a nicer sneaker with some personality (something that feels styled, not sloppy). This week, I challenge you to try out a new aesthetic with the clothes you already own, you may find that you actually like the new style you’re playing with!

Here’s my favorite thing about Crossroads: it’s chunky and bold, but it doesn’t box you into one style. You can lean into the Western wardrobe if you want, or you can have fun fitting it into your own personal style. It's about layering it in ways that feel intentional and clean, but still feeling like me. And remember, mix your textures, balance your silhouettes, and always finish with a shoe that pulls it all together.

Have fun styling this week
