Bright vinyl bracelets are what got us here.

Before the collections, before the growth, before any of this looked like a “real” business… it was vinyl bracelets. Bess and I fell in love with the saturated colors, the slight variations in each piece, and the story behind them.

I mean, how cool is it that they’re made from repurposed vinyl records?

Vulcanite is what we started sourcing, and over time we’ve found some of the most special materials coming out of Africa and all over the world. No two vinyl bracelets are exactly the same, and that’s what makes them feel so unique.

If you’ve ever wondered how we design our bracelets or where the inspiration comes from, here’s a little behind the scenes.

Where We Find Inspiration for Our Bracelet Designs

Inspiration for me is always visual.

Art. Interiors. Color.
A book cover. An old building with layers of paint. Someone’s outfit. Mixed prints. Fabrics.

Anything that makes me pause.

My camera roll is honestly just a collection of random things I love — colors, textures, moments — that I go back to when I need inspiration. And if I’m feeling stuck, give me five minutes on Pinterest and something will click.

How We Design Our Vinyl Bracelets

Once I have an idea, I pull the raw materials and start laying everything out.

I look at how the colors work together. Move things around. Take things out. Add them back in. Ask Bess or the AB girls for feedback.

It’s a lot of trial and error until it feels right.

Then comes the beading.

At this point, it feels pretty organic. I start stringing, mixing colors, adding in different textures with speciality beads. There’s no exact formula, but I’m always thinking about what I would wear… and what I know y’all love.

And after doing this for so long, those two things usually align.

Bright, colorful bracelets have always been our best sellers. You love color just as much as we do.

How to Style Vinyl Bracelets (Our Favorite Way)

Vinyl bracelets are my favorite way to make a bracelet stack feel special.

A few bangles, a vinyl, a beaded bracelet, and something elevated like the Talia or Diana — and all of a sudden your stack feels more put together, more elevated, and honestly… more expensive.

They add color, texture, and personality without you having to overthink it.

If you’re building a bracelet stack, vinyls are usually the piece that pulls everything together. They work with neutrals, they balance metals, and they make even the simplest outfit feel styled.

What Makes Vinyl Bracelets Unique

Teasing new vinyl bracelets is honestly one of my favorite parts.

Y’all get so excited, and it reminds me why we started doing this in the first place.

Because to me, vinyls are what set us apart.

They’re bold. They’re different. Every bracelet design is unique. And each one is designed by us and handmade here in Dallas by our refugee artisans.

That part matters a lot to me.

When you buy a vinyl bracelet, you’re not just buying jewelry, you’re supporting something bigger than us. You’re supporting the artisans who make them and the story behind every single piece.

Vinyl bracelets will always be our foundation.

They’re where we started.
And they’re still one of my favorite things we make.

Easy to wear. Easy to stack. And always a little bit different.
